We've been growing garlic since 2011 on our property just about a mile from the Gaspereau Valley in Nova Scotia. We sell table and seed garlic.
We started with one variety, and since then we have expanded our garlic collection to over 40 varieties and counting. It's a captivating crop which is fun to grow, fun to harvest, fun to eat, and we enjoy the entire process.
Our garlic is grown naturally and we do not use any herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or chemicals at all.
July 11, 2025 update: We have most of the scapes removed in our hardneck varieties and we will start harvesting in about 3 weeks. Our garlic will be cured around September 1st. If you want to preorder, send us a message in the contact below to reserve bulbs (wish list-we don't know until we harvest size, etc). We can ship (additional charge) or you can pick up orders at 'The Garlic Patch' in Gaspereau (by appointment).
We will be at the Winsdor Garlic Festival on September 13th.
